Refunds & Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for orders placed through our marketplace.
1. Vendor Policies Apply
Each vendor sets their own return and refund policy. Please review the policy on the product page or the vendor profile. Where a vendor policy is not specified, the default policy below applies.
2. Default Return Window
- Unused, resellable items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Custom-cut, special-order, or clearance items are final sale unless defective or damaged in transit.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping or drop-off unless the item arrived damaged/incorrect.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Report damage or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photos of packaging and product.
- Vendors will arrange replacement or refund per their policy and carrier requirements.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
5. How to Start a Return
- Contact the vendor listed on your order confirmation.
- If you cannot reach the vendor, contact our support team with your order number for assistance.
